Biography

Kevin T. Hobbs is an actor, writer, and Sundance Institute-trained director who grew up in Central Illinois. He knew he wanted to be an actor/ artist from the first time he saw Avery Brooks, David Bowie, and Prince. Initially pursuing music, Kevin ended up doing soundtrack work for independent films. While working on music for an indie project, Kevin was encouraged by acting legend Harry J. Lennix to pursue his desire to become an actor. Kevin has appeared on movie screens and stages across the country. As an actor--he's received training from Jackie Diamond at the famed Ivana Chubbuck Studio (Los Angeles), Jackie Loewenstein. He is an alumnus of the world-renowned SITI Company (New York).
