Joseph J. LaRocca

Joseph LaRocca was born in North Hempstead, New York, USA and best known as a nationally recognized media spokesperson and public speaker on the topics of retail loss prevention, organized retail crime, identity theft and emerging technology. LaRocca has testified before the United States House of Representatives on the topics of identity theft, fraud and organized retail crime.
