Tabitha Grace Chappelle is an American born actress raised in Dallas and now living in Southern California. Starting in television on Vampire Diaries, Devious Maids and Being Mary Jane. Tabitha then moved to film projects such as Hunger Games, Hidden Figures, Insurgent and Lila and Eve.
