Kara Cantrell

Kara Cantrell is a lifelong professional actor and educator of stage and screen. She has worked professionally as an arts educator, actor, director, voice over artist, writer, and improvisational performer. Most recently she has served as an Associate Professor at Kennesaw State University in the Department of Theatre & Performance Studies, as well as a teaching artist for the Alliance Theatre Education Program at the Woodruff Arts Center. Her most recent roles include The Divergent Series - Allegiant, Pt. 1, the Atlanta-produced web series, That's Educational, and she has appeared in numerous industrials and commercials since 2015. She has appeared on the Atlanta stage with several theatrical companies including Stage Door Players, Actor's Express, Theatre in the Square, and Synchronicity Theatre.
