Makayla Lysiak

Makayla Lysiak is already putting her stamp on the acting world, making her one of Hollywood's latest starlets on the rise. She is starring as "Barbara Robinson" in the David E. Kelley adapted television series "Mr. Mercedes" on Audience Network, based on Stephen King's best-selling Bill Hodges trilogy. "Mr. Mercedes" returns for its second season on August 22. In addition, Makayla can be seen in the fifth and final season this August of the highly successful TNT series "The Last Ship." A Southern California native, Makayla knew right away that she was destined to act when she was cast as Dorothy in a school production of The Wizard of Oz. Makayla's drive and dedication to the craft was supported by her parents. She was 9 years old when she first started acting and "Parenthood" marked her first appearance in a scripted series.
