Jonathan Emond

Hailing from Brampton, Ontario, actor Jonathan Emond moved to a small town near Montreal at a very young age. Throughout elementary Jonathan was always a natural entertainer. When he was eight he began piano lessons, and it was soon apparent that he was a gifted pianist, passing the 'Conservatoire de Musique du Quebec a Montreal' entry exam at age 10. Challenges began to take a hold when at age 10 both of Jonathan's kidney's failed. Piano playing and acting was put on hold for the duration of his dialysis treatments. On Jonathan's 13th birthday his father Stephen, donated a kidney. His experience during this process gave Jonathan the strength and motivation to help other children in need of medical care. As a young teen Jonathan would be on stage speaking to corporate businesses encouraging them to pledge funds for Operation Enfant Soleil, one of Quebec's biggest charities. Jonathan shared his survival story to these corporations, raised awareness and gave hope to other children exper
