Biography

Vivian Yoon Lee was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. Her passion for the performing arts began at an early age while learning the piano. She easily transitioned into singing, and entered local contests, winning many of them. Vivian also pursued modeling, and won the Miss Korea Washington DC competition. At 19, she moved to the United States to pursue her education. She graduated from George Mason University in Virginia, where she received her degree in Communications. Vivian then completed her Master's in Media and Politics (CCT) from Georgetown University. As a graduate student, she worked closely in production with top news media outlets including the ABC-affiliate in Washington, and USA TODAY. Her first TV role was on HBO's "VEEP."
