Stephen Jones

Stephen Jones was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas and raised in nearby Little Rock. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Karen and together they have three daughters - Jessica, Jordan, and Caroline- and a son - John Stephen. Stephen attended the University of Arkansas where he, like his father, was a fellow Razorback. Having a successful collegiate football career as a linebacker, Jones continued pursuing a career in football as he joined his father's newly acquired Dallas Cowboys team as a vice president with the club in 1989. Stephen Jones has been instrumental in Dallas' success over the last thirty years as he helped shape the Dallas roster during the victorious decade of the 1990s helping the team nab six division titles and four conference championships and three super bowls wins during that period.
