Phillip Ray Tommy

Phillip Ray Tommy is an actor, Independent Film maker and screen writer, living between Birmingham and London in the UK. He has spent the last few years developing and producing his supernatural Cain & Abel series. He is also is currently in pre-production of his first feature film, which he hopes to film during the latter part of the year.
