Allan Lay (born September 28, 1967) is an American stage, film, and voice over actor. In 1982, at the age of 15, he made his debut on television, appearing as a delinquent on the television series "Juvenile Court" Allan was born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma in 1967, the youngest of two sons to Lee Roy and Barbara (Clark)Lay. Lay was raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Where he thrived in theater and improvisation. He received undergraduate degrees in Theatre at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M and Oklahoma Christian University. Allan followed the acting scholarships from NEO, to Missouri Southern State, to Oklahoma State University, to OCU. While in high school and college he supplemented his income, doing hand modeling and occasional runway work for Jean's West (1987-88). In the early 1990's Lay began doing radio work, voice overs, and time as a morning show DJ.
