Biography
John C. Woodley is a Meisner trained actor with a BFA in Theater Performance from Niagara University. En route to becoming a police officer, he decided to shift his focus to acting when he enrolled into Niagara University's Theater department, just two days prior to the start of the Fall semester. He completed Acting Apprenticeships from Vassar College's Powerhouse Theater, as well as at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. Since then, he's been breathing life into the characters he plays, making sure to bring everything necessary from script to screen. His on-screen credits include 14 episodes on the TV Series "The Church" as Series Regular-Lead, and was last seen in the new TV Episodic "Twenties," "General Hospital," and "Wild West Chronicles." John is highly skilled at doing accents and enjoys singing and playing the guitar. Growing up, he was very athletic. He was an avid swimmer and played all kinds of sports, excelling in martial arts.
