Teisha Speight

Teisha Speight was born in Wilson, NC. She and her younger brother were raised by their mother who at a young age placed Teisha in gymnastics and cheer-leading. At the age of 14, she became involved in school sports, specifically soccer and cheer-leading, which she continued on into high school. An energetic and driven young girl, she joined different school organizations from high school on into college where she overcame her fear of the camera and decided to pursue acting. She discovered her desire to act at an early age, but was afraid to pursue it professionally. She began taking acting classes, participated in workshops, and attended showcases; all while pursuing a Biology degree at NC State University. She left college at the end of her junior year to pursue acting full-time. Her TV debut was on an episode of Investigation Discovery's Fatal Encounters. Since then she's appeared in TV shows, feature films, web series' and commercials. She continues to study and train in Atlanta,
