Biography

Victor Hugo Mota Fernandes was born in Águeda - Portugal and went to Escola Secundária de Adolfo Portela High School where he always was keen on presenting his school assignments on video. After High School he went to the University of Aveiro from 1996 to 2000 where he graduated on New Communication Techologies but since the course was more incise on internet production he felt quite frustrated and decided to abandon college after finally meeting his idol Herman José - a Portuguese entertainer of German descendance. Persuaded by his parents, Victor finnished College and then went to a lot of trouble finding a job, working as a wearhouse clerk, electronics shop salesman, xerox shop attendant and camera operator in a small video producing company in Aveiro. He re-edited his college short film project "Acorda - Wake Up" and entered the competition in Ovarvídeo in 2001. Avid to work in the small Portuguese cinema business without any luck, he started working in 2004 in TeleVita - Coimb
