Biography

Cedric Greenway was born in Jacksonville Florida, and later grew up in Newnan, Georgia. Growing up, he was exposed to a diverse element of Sports, Culture, and Art. He comes from a family full of entertainers like the Late James Weldon Johnson (Creator of the song Lift Every Voice and Sing), and the Late Willie Greenway Sr (Formal NFL Tight End / New Orleans Saint). His high school stage play planted the seed to further his studies at the University of Tennessee / Chattanooga majoring in Communications with a concentration in Broadcasting Electronics Media and minoring in Psychology and Sociology. He broke into the acting scene making appearances in television shows and movies like, Cobra Kai, Black Lightning, Sleepy Hollow, MacGyver, Who Is Killing the Cheerleaders, and Nappily Ever After. His role in the movie Tulsa was considered for an Oscar nomination.
