Sam Shoubber

Sam Shoubber was born in 1956 in Baghdad, Iraq - the heart of the Middle East - as Ausama Shoubber. Sam developed his love and passion for the cinema at a very early age, from his first visit to the cinema at only six years old (to watch the very first Bond movie, Dr No) and throughout his childhood in Baghdad. Since falling in love with cinema, Sam has committed himself to the film industry in his career. After making one of his earliest dreams a reality by migrating to London in the early 1980s, Sam successfully established and managed an independent film rental / sale store for over 25 years. While his business and the film rental industry were able to navigate the transition from VHS to DVD and eventually Blu Ray, following the advent of online streaming Sam turned his focus to appearing in front of the camera.
