Marinko Radakovic

Marinko (Marco) Radakovic is a Croatian-American actor living on the North Shore of Boston, Massachusetts. He was born in Zagreb, Croatia (former Yugoslavia), and grew up in the middle-class neighborhood of Dubrava, a suburb of Zagreb. At the age of 14, Marco was selected for the Croatian National Soccer Team and in high school led his team to a national title along with world-famous international players including Alen Peternac of Real Valladolid and Zvonimir Soldo of Stuttgart. He attended the University of Zagreb Law School (Sveuciliste u Zagreb Pravani Fakultet) in Croatia following high school while also pursuing a career in professional soccer. These activities were cut short, however, due to the Croatian Civil War. When the war was over, having completed his honorable military service, Marco moved to the United States to resume his career in professional soccer, which abruptly ended 1.5 years later due to a career-ending injury.
