David R. Reid

David R Reid was born and bred in Massachusetts, and has lived there basically his entire life. He is the oldest of 4 children (2 brothers and a sister). Despite his father being an Irish immigrant with a heavy brogue, and his mother being a coal miner's daughter from West Virginia, he still ended up with a bit of a Boston accent. After high school, he went on to get a degree in Economics from UMASS Amherst, and spent most of his adult life employed in the business world. In 2011, his youngest brother convinced him to sign on with a casting company to get part time work as a movie extra, with his first film being "Here Comes the Boom", where he is one of the fight spectators in the final scene at the "MGM Grand". He wasn't able to participate in any other films until early 2013 due to his work schedule, but then he once again got a couple of roles as featured extras ("American Hustle" and "Hatfields & McCoys") and really became intrigue by the industry.
