Carlos R. Hailey

Born and raised in Oakland, California, Carlos Reyes Hailey fell for the theater while performing in a high school production of a Sam Shepard play. Hailey left the West Coast at 17 to study Literature at Yale University. After stints living and working in Mexico and Puerto Rico, he returned to the Bay Area to complete a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. Shifting his focus to acting for the camera, Hailey signed with a commercial agency and now divides his time between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
