Toccara Lanett

Toccara Lanett grew up in the suburbs of Washington, DC, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her degree was in pursuit of entertainment hosting, but Toccara quickly realized that her purpose would be better served if she were the entertainer, a task that she had already been carrying on as a cheerleader and dancer. She has an extensive background in cheerleading and stunts from being a competitive cheerleader, and has danced for the Baltimore Ravens and Washington Redskins in the National Football League. She then began to pursue acting, modeling, and commercial dance, appearing in short films, commercials, music videos and print ads in New York, Philadelphia, and DC. Now based in Los Angeles, Toccara is pursuing her passion for dance, music, and television, beginning her journey into television and film stunt work to use all of her athletic abilities within her acting.
