Andrew Okello

Andrew Okello was born in Gulu, Uganda. He is a writer-director and actor known for playing 'Kurt' in ill manors (2012). Ill Manors (2012) written and directed by Plan B. After completing high school, Andrew enrolled at the University of Bradford. Intent on a career in film production, he caught the writing and directing bug.
