Ricky Vu

Four-time American Ninja Warrior athlete Ricky Vu always loved to entertain ever since he was young. He would perform puppet shows in the living room for his family, and would later find his true passion for acting in high school where he played Peter Pantaloon in the 2009 production "CSI: Neverland." From there, his parents entered him into an acting showcase convention AMTC Shine '11 where he would later sign with J Pervis Talent Agency & receive two scholarship offers to attend AMDA & NYCDA. He booked his first commercial with AT&T and was cast in his first feature film "Rumors of Wars." He's remained a working actor ever since, and in 2015, he was called to compete in the NBC Television show "American Ninja Warrior" where he placed top 30 his rookie year. He's been on four seasons of the show so far (season 7-10) throughout his ANW career and became a southeast regional finalist in his third year competing.
