Lauren Thomas

Lauren Thomas was born in Perth, Western Australia. She commenced acting in 2006 performing in school plays and booked her first role in 2011, performing in a musical theatre production of 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs'. Since then, Lauren has played lead and supporting roles in 45 projects including feature films, short films, web series and music videos. She starred in 'A Short Film Named Desire' which won the Honorable Mention Award at the Canada Shorts Film Festival 2017. Lauren was one of the top four 'Most Promising Actresses of the Month' in the June 2015 Edition of StarCentral Magazine. Lauren's acting training consists of weekly acting classes at Anthony Meindl's Actor Workshop for 6 weeks, Filmbites for 1 year and 10 weeks, The Perth Film Network Acting Studio for 32 weeks and Nicholson's Academy of Screen Acting for 8 weeks.
