Biography

Jasmine Shea is an actor, musician, singer and occasional belly dancer originally from the great plains of Kansas. She became a precocious young pianist at age 5, clarinetist at age 10, and performed in numerous choirs, plays, and musical theater productions from middle school onward. She enrolled in college as a physics major, but kept wandering off in the direction of local theater productions and was eventually cast in the independent feature film "Valley Inn" starring Joey Lauren Adams. After that first on-set experience, she was hooked, and acting became her passion and primary focus. Jasmine moved to the east coast to pursue work in film and television. She has worked on landmark projects like Netflix's "House of Cards," Showtime's "The Good Lord Bird," and PBS's "The King of Crimes."
