Biography

Alan Watt is a bestselling author of the novels, Days Are Gone (Goliad Press) and Diamond Dogs (Little, Brown) which was the recipient of France's 2004 Prix Printemps (best foreign novel) Barnes and Noble's Discover Great New Writers and The American Library Assoc.'s Alex Award. His writing/directing debut, Interior Night, won Best Feature awards at The Breckenridge Film Festival, The Indie International Film Gathering, The New York Film and TV Festival, The Catalina International Film Festival, and the Visionary award at The Boston Film Festival. Watt attended acting school at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and spent fifteen years headlining clubs throughout North America. He has appeared on Caroline's Comedy Hour to Montreal's Just For Laughs Festival.
