Angel Garet

I was born "Angel Andres Garet Gutierrez" on September 3rd, 1986 in Caracas, Venezuela. I am the son of Emilio Garet (born in Uruguay with French and Spanish descent) and Beatriz Gutierrez (born in Peru). My parents divorced when I was 12. My mother took full custody of my sister and me. After living a few years in Caracas, we moved to the United States in 2002 and made our home in Charlotte, NC. I played varsity soccer in high school and I was part of a competitive soccer club. After graduating in 2006, I went to South Georgia College on a full soccer and cross country scholarship, where I earned my Associates Degree in Science of Criminal Justice in 2010. Right after graduation, I moved back to Charlotte, NC to be near my family. Playing sports allowed me to develop a great physique, which helped me get attention in the modeling field.
