Marcos A. Gonzalez

Marcos Gonzalez was born in the Dominican Republic. On his 10th birthday his family brought him to America to join them. He was raised in New York's Spanish Harlem and heavily immersed in the culture and lifestyle of the Hispanic heritage there. He first started acting at a very young age in school plays and enjoyed it. Then he found music and shifted his focus - playing many percussion instruments with many Latin rhythms that enable his collaboration with salsa and merengue bands. Later, he discovered a talent for the guitar and piano and immediately began collaborating with a Spanish rock band and also began songwriting in many different types of music, especially ballads and Spanish rock. He does love performing in front of an audience (live or virtual). Ten years ago, he was introduced once again into acting and rediscovered his true passion for the art. He has been focusing on film and television, though he also hopes to expand into theater as well. He performs in both Spanish a
