Nick Ekren

Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Nick has been performing since he was eight years old, spending hundreds of hours on stage or on set. He began his training at a young age, studying musical theatre at the Gateway Theatre Academy for the Performing Arts, going on to study drama and film with some of the best acting coaches in Vancouver. Throughout the years, Nick has worked and trained in many areas of performance, ranging from situation comedy to musical theatre to television drama, appearing in shows such as The CW's "Supernatural," The Hub's "R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour," and most recently Hallmark's "When Calls the Heart," produced by Michael Landon Jr. Nick' most recent web-series Carguments, directed by Judson Morgan, premiered this spring. Nick recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting for the Stage and Screen.
