Biography

Kelly Richardson studied Theater and Spanish at UC Berkeley, dance at The Ailey School in New York City, and Creative Writing at New York University. She's worked as a Ski and Snowboard instructor in Tahoe and as a Rescue Diver and Divemaster on scuba boats in the Channel Islands and Turks and Caicos. She's performed as an aerialist in Bahia, Brazil, and, with the support of a Fulbright scholarship, directed the documentary film, Without A Net (2012) about some circus artists in Rio de Janeiro. In front of the camera, she is an actress and stunt performer, with a particular pull toward physical comedy.
