Charles Justo is a Dominican-American Actor. He is most known for his work on ABC's Modern Family and Tyler Perry's Too Close To Home where he was a series regular for 2 seasons. He was born in Providence R.I. to both Dominican parents. His family relocated to Plant City, FL where he spent the majority of his early years. Charles is the middle child of 2 siblings.
