Lisa Carswell

Lisa was born in Portland, Oregon and grew up in the Seattle area. She wrote, directed and starred in her first play at the age of 9. From then on she was hooked! Lisa trained in Seattle at the Cornish Professional Acting Conservatory and spent many years honing her craft in the Seattle fringe and professional theatre scene. During all this she raised her twin sons with her husband, Bill, while transitioning to film and TV working on such locally produced series as Grimm and ZNation. Once the boys were out of the nest she made the move to LA. Lisa is thrilled to count herself among the workings actors in Hollywood. When not acting Lisa is a Qigong instructor and shameless tree hugger.
