Merliee Gerth found herself caught up in one of the biggest celebrity cheating scandals of 2010, when Jesse James cheated on his A list actress wife, Sandra Bullock. Merilee got thrown into the mix of the media frenzy when it was wrongly reported that she was a mistress of Jesse James. Merilee spent most of 2010 and 2011 trying to tell her side of things. Merilee had ran the office at West Coast Choppers for many years, she had left the company because she could no longer deal with the ongoing sexual harassment by Jesse. She hired famed attorney Gloria Allred who ended up settling the case. Merilee turned the negative notoriety into a positive and has been since appearing on several shows and magazines.
