January Gessert

January Gessert was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, the only desire that held her attention having a passion for fashion, need for speed and love of music she dove into the entertainment industry. She began her strive to be an artist. January studied dance, drama and music since her childhood. Shortly after high school a strong successful role model in the music world crossed her path. Kelis, a very talented artist herself signed January and formed a new girl band "Groupie" and began recording. All the while she continued her quest to learn the music business. With Kelis as her inspiration January was able to develop into the artist she knew she could become. January is now doing her music solo and is no longer with the band "Groupie", she has been busy creating her new sound in the studio working hard on releasing her new album.
