The year after his son Jonathan was born in 1998, he opened up his son's future production company Chasen Entertainment Company LLC in the state of California, postulating that he would eventually become involved and as a producer in the entertainment industry, and take over the family business one day - and he also opened up a music publishing company for his son Kyle as well, and named it the Chandler Records and Music Publishing Company.
