Mark Orwoll is a travel journalist best known as a writer and editor for Travel + Leisure magazine and a guest travel expert more than 500 times on television. He has appeared on NBC's Today show more than 75 times and has also appeared on ABC's Good Morning America, CBS's Early Show, CNBC's Power Lunch (where he guested on a regular Getaway Day segment every Friday for five years), NBC's Nightly News, and numerous other news and chat shows. He is now a freelance journalist specializing in narratives about exotic travel destinations.
