Biography

Ryan S. Staséll is an American writer and actor. He was born in Winfield, Illinois in 1991. He grew up in the suburbs of Chicago with his parents, two sisters, and older brother. In the summer of 2006, he began his own production company entitled [Something Untitled] Productions, where he wrote and directed his own short films. Some of these shorts included Saint Nik, Vigilance!, Slivers, and Lakeview Everlasting. His work is heavily inspired by 80's horror, dry comedies, and literary criticism. In 2009, Ryan went on to discover his interest in acting when he was cast in Julane Sullivan's 2009 production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Helming [Something Untitled] also forced him to occasionally dabble in acting; he sometimes co-starred in shorts alongside Benjamin C. Tennant. Ryan's interest in acting peaked when he was cast as Christopher Wren in Agatha Christie's the Mousetrap and has continued acting, with a passion, ever since.
