Kamron Leal

J Kamron Leal was born in Wakefield, Massachusetts,a suburb of Boston. and now resides in New York City. Mr. Leal had a long and very successful career in emergency medical services (EMS), having served as a paramedic at the most prestigious EMS services in Massachusetts, including Boston EMS. While serving at Boston EMS he had occasion to serve as a 911 call center operator where he received national recognition for actions on duty, after talking an eight year-old boy through assisting in his mom's childbirth over the telephone. He was later featured with the family on "CBS This Morning" with Mark McEwen. While working full-time on the midnight shift at Boston EMS, Mr. Leal attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science, graduating early with highest honors, in 2001. He was nominated by the faculty to be a Truman Scholar, and he was named to numerous honor societies, and included in the prestigious "Who's Who at Amer
