Carly Van Skaik

Carly's love of music can be directly attributed to the scenes she grew up around. She was born in Seattle and raised on the small Caribbean island of St. John USVI, two very different, yet musically rich locations. She got bit by the live music bug when she studied in Austin at the University of Texas. She began writing and performing her own songs, which lead to writing songs for other artists. Her knowledge and love of music drew her to music supervision. She has since co-music supervised Shameless season 5,6,7&8 alongside Ann Kline, one of Showtime's longest running and most song-driven series, and co-music supervising What We Do In The Shadows alongside Nora Felder.
