Caroline Redman Lusher

Caroline Redman Lusher was a pupil at Saint Martin's Independent Day School for Girls, Solihull, UK from 1985-1992. She went on to study at Salford University, UK where she gained a degree in Popular Music and Recording. Caroline started performing professionally at the age of 15. She worked in London as a singer, entertaining celebrities in venues such as The Dorchester, Hyde Park and Lanesborough hotels. She also qualified as an A-level teacher in Performing Arts and Music. In 2001 she was teaching Music and Performing Arts at the Sixth Form College, Farnborough, Hampshire, UK when she devised the concept of Rock Choir. It became so successful that in 2005 she launched it as a business, beginning with 70 members. In 2009, after an appearance on the BBC, Universal Records offered Rock Choir a multi-album record deal.
