Xander Rawlins

Alexander "Xander" Rawlins is an English actor, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and record producer. He is the lead vocalist and one half of the Indie Electronic duo LAIKIPIA, who in March 2017 released their first single "Hello Dreamer". A retired Captain of the Grenadier Guards he served in Afghanistan in 2009/10, the details of which can be seen in the BBC Documentary Series 'Our War'. On leaving the British Army, Xander founded a casting agency for serving and retired military personnel. This saw him provide specialist military training and direction on films such as Fury, Les Miserables, Suffragette, King Arthur, Jack Ryan - Shadow Recruit and Star Wars. He has run his own production companies since 2014, specialising in advertisements, fashion, creative content and music. All LAIKIPIA video productions are created and produced independently by Xander and Taylor Harrison Gittin.
