Tess Olivia

Tess Olivia was born in Hollis, New Hampshire to parents Mary and Cliff Gillis. Her mother is Northern European, while her father is of Celtic and French Canadian decent. Tess is one of six kids, whom all grew up closely together in New Hampshire. While all of her siblings moved around the Boston area - Tess took a big solo leap - and moved to New York City to pursue her acting career. Once there, she landed a role as "The Blue Chip Hooker" in The Wolf of Wall Street (2013). Wanting to become a more serious and truthful actor, Tess started attending The Maggie Flanigan Studio, where she studied the Sanford Meisner technique. Tess supported herself by working multiple serving and nannying jobs so she was able to do what she loved. Not knowing much of the business yet, she would self submit her head shot and resume through the mail to different production companies in hopes of landing more work.
