May Lee Mirabel

Born in San Francisco, May Lee Mirabel studied drama at the American Conservatory Theater (ACT) and Stanislavski Method at Jean Shelton Actors Lab. She also earned a bachelor's degree in journalism at San Francisco State University, and a postgraduate professional screenwriter's certificate at UCLA. May Lee was cast in bit parts in commercials/music videos in the '90s, but she followed a path in corporate communications. Retiring early with her husband to Hawaii, May Lee signed up with Bliss Models and Talent LLC and was immediately cast in local TV commercials. After appearing in Mike White's The White Lotus HBO mini-series, May Lee was cast in Magnum P.I. Season 3, Episode 13. SAG-AFTRA card in tow, May Lee is pursuing a career in film and television: "More women, particularly my age range and ethnicity, should be represented in the movies."
