Biography

Kjell Brutscheidt, a German actor originally from Düsseldorf, perfected his art at the August Everding Theater Academy in Munich. From Munich, Berlin, the Opernhaus Zürich and the Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf, he demonstrated his talent in numerous productions. In particular, he was part of Theater Bielefeld's inaugural interdisciplinary studio in the 2019/20 season. On the big screen, Brutscheidt took part in productions such as "Spreewaldkrimi - Tödliche Fastnacht" and "Der junge Häuptling Winnetou," and appeared in the Instagram series "I am Sophie Scholl" (2021) and the TV movies "Polizeiruf 110" and "Staatsfeinde" (2022). But her breakthrough moment came in 2022 with her role as Tanner in "The Hunger Games: A Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes," a prequel to the popular franchise.
