Tafadzwa Diener

Tafadzwa grew up and attended college in Champaign-Urbana. She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a BFA in Acting. She feels as though she was meant to be in the arts, as both of her parents were very involved. Her mother, born in Zimbabwe, came to America as a dancer and backup singer at the young age of 18. Her father is going on almost year 45 of owning a record store. So as you can guess music is and always has been a big part of her life. Theatre came a bit later but she eventually learned that storytelling was her true passion. Some of her favorite hobbies include watching Youtube videos of nail techs, interior designers and vogue dancers (she's dreaming of the day she can be a Ball Room Host), playing with her cat, listening to Motown music, visiting museums, and eating ice cream (it IS a hobby!!!). There's so much more to her and she hopes one day she can share her life's journey with you and learn about yours.
