Lilly Krug is a German actress born in Munich. Bilingual from an early age, she studied at Bavarian International School before moving to Los Angeles in 2019 to study theater and psychology at the University of Southern California. She also trains at Anthony Meindl Acting School and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Lilly made her screen debut at 18 as Milena in Malou (2019), a finalist at the 22nd Manhattan Short Film Festival.
She is best known for her lead role opposite John Malkovich in Shattered (2021), praised by Variety as “a memorable femme fatale.” Her credits include Heart of Champions (2021) with Michael Shannon, Zero Contact (2022) with Anthony Hopkins, and Every Breath You Take (2021) with Casey Affleck, Michelle Monaghan, and Sam Claflin. In 2023, she appeared as Brie in Plane alongside Gerard Butler.
Outside acting, Lilly thrives on challenges—she climbed Kilimanjaro in 2020 and helped build a school near Mumbai. She also plays piano and has sung in musicals like Into the Woods and Romeo and Juliet. She splits her time between Los Angeles and Munich.
