Carolyn Owlett

Carolyn Owlett is a British Actress and Television Presenter and mother to young actor Billy Barratt. She trained at IDSA. Carolyn is a former model and member of UK girl band The 411 who had global success with their 2004 top 5 hits, On My Knees featuring Ghostface Killah and DUMB. The 411 were regulars on Top Of The Pops, Smash Hits, Popworld and MTV. Carolyn's first TV role was playing bad girl Sarah James in series 7 of teen soap Harry and Cosh for Channel 5. In 2008 Carolyn hosted 'Sexy Girls have It Easy' for Current TV directed by BAFTA award winning filmmaker Tristan Anderson. An undercover look at how women are treated based on looks alone. The film was watched by 4 million viewers in the few weeks making it the TV stations highest rated documentary. She was subsequently asked to present several other documentaries with Anderson which ran on Current TV until the channel closed. She then moved over to radio, writing, producing and hosting guest segments for UK broadcast out
