Imani Monae

Imani Monae is an American actress, singer and author born on July 1st in Flint, Michigan. As the youngest of six children, Imani used entertainment as an outlet for her creative energy. She grew up singing in church and putting on skits for her family, friends and community. After reaching as far as she could in Flint, Imani moved to Atlanta to continue growth in her craft. She has worked on many independent productions including film, television and theater as well as vocally. Her book, Khadijah's Song, was published in 2017 and is currently available on Amazon & Kindle
