Biography

Shayan Sobhian is an actor and musician originally from Chelmsford, Massachusetts. After cutting his teeth as series regular on the time-traveling CW Show, "DC's Legends of tomorrow," as the affable stoner, Behrad Tarazi, Shayan Sobhian has chameleoned his was through the diverse worlds of the wild west, Downton Abbey, wall street, Chernobyl, WWI, Cuban missile crisis, 90s sitcom, prohibition-era gangsters, 18th century France, punk rock, and even outer-space. In 2019, Shayan starred as Apostle James the Greater in the first season of the Chosen, which has since been viewed nearly 400 million times. Before working consistently on screen, Shayan performed on stage as Syrian revolutionary, Sami, in the New York production of "Lost and Guided," and later in Los Angeles in as dreamy monk, Abhaya, in "Nathaniel Quinn: Filmmaker."
