Storyline:  In 1942, spirited Belgian Gilles, caught by the SS with fellow Jews, lands in a German concentration camp. Avoiding execution, he convinces the guards that he hails from Persia. Soon, he is thrust into an extraordinary mission: teaching Persian to Koch, the kitchen overseer. The twist? Gilles has to create a language from scratch. As their unconventional bond grows, Gilles feels the constant threat of exposure, aware that one wrong move could shatter his daring deception.
