Storyline: In the 1970s, teenagers with disabilities found freedom at Camp Jened, a Catskills camp where they experienced acceptance, friendship and independence. The bonds formed there led many to Berkeley, where they joined the fight for accessibility and disability rights. Co-directed by Nicole Newnham and Jim LeBrecht, the documentary connects personal stories with the movement that shaped the ADA.
