Storyline:  David moves back home to spend his mother’s final year as she stops fighting cancer and gradually dies. His relationship with his family, especially his father, is strained due to their struggle to accept his homosexuality. Despite the pain, his mother’s death helps heal family rifts and allows him to reconnect with his loved ones.
